We signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to partner with Nordic Unmanned to distribute its unmanned systems products and services in the North American market.
“Nordic Unmanned is experiencing heightened demand in North America for our products and services. By partnering with RMUS, we can give its American and Canadian clients access to our portfolio of European-produced drone products,” says Nordic Unmanned CEO Knut Roar Wiig.
RMUS will provide sales, technical support and training for Nordic Unmanned’s range of aerial systems, including Staaker, AirRobot and DroneMatrix products. RMUS will also offer proof-of-concepts and services-for-hire for these advanced platforms.
We are thrilled to work with Nordic Unmanned to bring its high-end European unmanned systems to the U.S. and Canada. These sophisticated platforms will be ideal for both our government and corporate clients as their unmanned system programs continue to mature.
The intent of the MOU is to support RMUS with sales and marketing assets, and to jointly explore commercial opportunities through client pilot projects. This includes adding RMUS’s products to Nordic Unmanned’s portfolio to the European market. The MOU with RMUS covers Canada, the U.S. and their respective territories. In addition, Nordic Unmanned will join the Global UAS Alliance, founded by RMUS and Sphere Drones in 2018.
